Magnus Montelius, born 1965, debuted with The Man from Albania that was brilliantly received by both critics and readers in 2011. Besides his writing, Magnus Montelius is an advisor on water and environmental management and has spent many years working in Latin America, Africa, Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Republics. He now lives in Stockholm.
